I’m a mystic, teacher, & artist dedicated to helping you to reconnect with your inner peace, innate power, and sense of purpose! — Consider me a doula for the birth of the real, authentic You!

With a degree in Anthropology & Eastern Religions from the U. of Victoria, BC., over 15 years of experience in Energy Healing (Reiki & Traditional Shamanic Rituals), an intimate understanding of various Somatic Modalities (Yoga & Embodiment practices), and direct Spiritual Study in India (including: Meditation, Breathwork, Sanskrit, & Mantras) I bring a holistic and embodied wisdom to my work.

I attended the retreat on July 27, 2025. The location was beautiful, clean and inviting. I would say the retreat was very intimate which made sharing flow easier. Jessica led us through meditation practices, breathwork, supported yoga poses. Then there was a spiritual experience that was interesting and inspired me to look at in more depth. The retreat flowed well with Jessica as facilitator.

Your Softening into Self Love retreat was a beautiful blend of healing modalities. You fit a lot into 4 hours!!

I loved the Shaking the Dust piece - it felt like ‘free form’ meditation. The wrap up, picking a card, and the lovely thoughtful giveaways topped off an afternoon of healing, restoring and a reminder for me to explore my ‘ holistic tool box’ which I haven’t fully tapped into for a number of years.
